Kimberly A. Bouvette, MD

     Kimberly A. Bouvette is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She currently practices at Oklahoma Spine, Sports & Rehabilitation, a division of Neuroscience Specialists. Dr. Bouvette graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, Kentucky and a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Louisville, Kentucky. She completed her Internship at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana and her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota. Prior to joining Oklahoma Spine, Sports & Rehabilitation, Dr. Bouvette served as the Medical and Residency Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor Medical Center, Richardson, Texas. She was also a staff physician of Physiatric Medicine Associates,  Dallas, Texas, which is associated with Baylor College of Medicine.

    Dr. Bouvette holds an active membership with the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is currently a Subspeciailty Medical Director at the Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital. 

     Dr. Bouvette has given over 100 presentations through continuing medical education seminars and medical conferences.
